Acceptance

By using the website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, accepting a quotation, or completing a transaction, you agree to these terms and the related policies published on this website.

Accounts and customer information

• Provide accurate and verifiable information.
• Protect your password and report unauthorized access promptly.
• GAS may restrict accounts associated with misuse, unlawful conduct, or security risk.
• Retail Partner accounts and pricing require admin approval and may not be transferred.

Products, prices, and availability

We aim to present accurate product, specification, image, price, tax, promotion, and stock information. Obvious errors may be corrected before fulfillment. Special-order, custom, or project products may have separate lead times and terms.

Orders, quotations, and projects

An online order is created at checkout, while fulfillment begins after verified payment. Quotations remain subject to validity, scope, payment terms, and client approval. Approved quotations, invoices, work orders, delivery notes, and BAST documents form part of a project agreement.

Payment and automatic cancellation

Payments must use official channels. An order without verified payment within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled and its stock released. Displayed payment-channel fees form part of the customer total.

Shipping, acceptance, and warranty

Customers must provide a correct address and inspect packages upon delivery. Courier estimates are not guaranteed. Warranty follows the brand/principal, product, and installation scope. Detailed rules are provided in the Shipping and Refund policies.

Prohibited use

• Fraud, unauthorized access, malware, excessive scraping, or illegal activity.
• Unauthorized copying of GAS trademarks, content, images, documents, or designs.
• Manipulation of prices, promotions, payment status, stock, or shipping processes.

Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, GAS responsibility is limited to proven direct loss related to the transaction. GAS is not responsible for events outside reasonable control, but will assist with a proportionate resolution.

Law, updates, and resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes should first be discussed through official support channels. The version in effect when a transaction is made applies to that transaction.
